ERA is lead by David Evans and Henry Geldenhuys. Both individuals have a proven track record in the workplace sector, having managed and delivered over 4 million sq ft of office space between them.
Director of Project Management
Specialising in the London commercial office sector, David has project managed the delivery of over 3,000,000 sq ft of office space.
His drive stems from the first piece of professional advice given to him; treat it as though it was your home. Using this mantra throughout his career, David takes great pride in implementing this on every project he is engaged in.
David’s proudest moment was being publicly praised and applauded by 1,500 clients after delivering an unbelievably difficult project - which later went on to win a BCO award.

With a career spanning both residential and commercial sectors, Henry is well placed to offer impartial, trusted advice to clients looking to undertake their own relocation and refurbishment projects.
Experienced on both client-side and main contractor alike, Henry has forged a solid career across 15 years assisting clients in navigating the commercial design & build sector, from initial feasibility through to detailed costing, contract negotiation, landlord licence applications and ultimately successful delivery.
Working to tight financial constraints is his forte; with a strong understanding of design, Henry is able to optimise the budget to ensure the desired outcome is achieved.
